The invention discloses a tower crane and an assembling and disassembling method thereof, and particularly relates to a heavy tower crane which comprises a base, a tower frame, a tower arm, an upper slewing bearing, an upper vertical slewing bearing, a damping device, a movable balance weight and a movable balance weight control unit, and the movable balance weight control unit controls the movable balance weight to move in the length direction of the tower arm. The upper vertical slewing bearing comprises a first rotating shaft with a first axis and a first bearing, the first axis is parallel to the ground and perpendicular to the tower arm, the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected to one of the tower arm and the upper slewing support, and the first bearing is fixedly connected with the other one of the tower arm and the upper slewing support. The tower arm can rotate around the first axis from the horizontal position to the vertical position, and the damping device can control the resistance of the tower arm in the vertical rotation process. The tower crane further comprises a falling-off counter weight and a walking device, and has good loading capacity, safety, in-place precision and moving convenience. According to the assembling and disassembling method disclosed by the invention, the tower crane can be quickly assembled and disassembled without depending on a heavy auxiliary crane.
本发明公开了一种塔吊及其组装、拆卸方法,尤其是重型塔吊,包括基座、塔架、塔臂、上回转支座、上部竖向回转支承、阻尼装置、可移动配重和可移动配重控制单元,可移动配重控制单元控制可移动配重在塔臂的长度方向上移动,上部竖向回转支承包括具有第一轴心线的第一转轴和第一轴承,第一轴心线平行于地面且垂直于塔臂,第一转轴固定连接至塔臂和上回转支座中的其中一个,第一轴承固定连接两者之间的另外一个,塔臂可围绕第一轴心线由水平位置向竖直位置方向旋转,阻尼装置可控制塔臂竖向回转过程中的阻力。该塔吊还包括可脱落配重和行走装置,具有良好的载荷能力、安全性、就位精度和移动便利性。本发明的组装和拆卸方法可实现不依赖重型辅助吊车,快速完成塔吊的组装和拆卸。
