The invention provides a vehicle OTA upgrade control method and system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle OTA. The vehicle OTA upgrading control method comprises the steps that controller upgrading information is received, the controller upgrading information comprises the capacity of a storage battery of a vehicle, installation parameters of an upgrading installation package of an upgradable target controller and the starting threshold value relation of the storage battery of the vehicle, and the starting threshold value relation records the relation between the temperature of the storage battery and a starting electric quantity threshold value; collecting the current temperature and electric quantity of the storage battery; determining the current starting electric quantity threshold value of the storage battery according to the relation between the current temperature of the storage battery and the starting threshold value; and judging whether to upgrade the target controller or not according to the capacity of the storage battery, the current electric quantity of the storage battery, the current starting electric quantity threshold value of the storage battery and the installation parameters. The invention further provides a vehicle comprising the spare tire opening and closing device. According to the vehicle OTA upgrade control method, the time for allowing the storage battery to install the upgrade package can be estimated more accurately.

    本发明提供了车辆OTA升级控制方法、控制系统及车辆,属于车辆OTA技术领域。该车辆OTA升级控制方法包括:接收控制器升级信息,控制器升级信息包括车辆的蓄电池的容量、可升级的目标控制器的升级安装包的安装参数和车辆的蓄电池的启动阈值关系,启动阈值关系记录有蓄电池的温度与启动电量阈值的关系;采集蓄电池当前的温度和电量;根据蓄电池当前的温度和启动阈值关系确定蓄电池当前的启动电量阈值;根据蓄电池的容量、蓄电池当前的电量、蓄电池当前的启动电量阈值和安装参数判断是否对目标控制器进行升级。本发明还提供一种包括上述备胎开闭装置的车辆。本发明的车辆OTA升级控制方法能够更准确地估算蓄电池能够允许安装升级包的时间。
