The invention discloses an integrated heat management device of a battery pack circuit breaking unit, which comprises a battery pack cooling pipeline, and the battery pack cooling pipeline at least comprises a first cooling loop and a second cooling loop which are arranged side by side, the first cooling loop and the second cooling loop extend in the arrangement direction of components in the battery pack circuit breaking unit, and the flow directions of refrigerants in the first cooling loop and the second cooling loop are opposite; by arranging the reverse cooling double pipelines, each component in the battery pack circuit breaking unit can be effectively cooled, so that the cooling efficiency of the battery pack circuit breaking unit is improved, and the problem that heating components arranged at the rear half section of a single one-way cooling pipeline cannot be well cooled is avoided.
