The invention discloses a protection method for preventing over-discharge of a battery of a mobile energy storage charging vehicle, and the method specifically comprises the steps: a battery management system (BMS) monitors the discharge of a battery pack and the discharge of a plurality of single battery cells in a plurality of battery clusters in the battery pack at the same time, and the BMS receives an external discharge request instruction; and meanwhile, a relay of the battery pack discharging loop and a PMOS (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) in the active equalization circuit of the single battery core part are turned on, and external discharging is carried out. Discharge monitoring is realized in a mode of simultaneously monitoring the voltage of the battery pack and the voltage of the single batteries. By monitoring and controlling the voltage of the single battery, the single battery cell is effectively protected, irreversible damage to the battery cell caused by over-discharge of the mobile energy storage charging vehicle battery is prevented, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种移动储能充电车电池防过放的保护方法,具体为:电池管理系统BMS同时监控电池包放电和电池包内的多个电池簇中的多个单体电芯放电,所述BMS接到外部的请求放电指令后,同时打开所述电池包放电回路的继电器及所述单体电芯部分主动均衡电路中的PMOS,对外部放电。本发明通过同时监控电池包和单体电池的电压的方式,实现放电监控。对单体电池的电压的监测和控制,有效的保护了单体电芯,并防止移动储能充电车电池因为过放引起的电芯不可逆性损伤,延长了电池的使用寿命。
