The invention provides a large-load transportation unmanned aerial vehicle based on ducted fans. The large-load transportation unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage, a left wing, a right wing, a V-shaped empennage, main ducts arranged on the front portion and the rear portion of the fuselage and an auxiliary duct arranged at the fusion position of the left wing body and the right wing body. The fuselage is of a lifting body structure, the belly of the fuselage is flat, the back of the fuselage is in a plano-convex shape, the lower portion of the front end of a first main duct of the fuselage is designed to be an arc-shaped inwards-concave molded surface, and the rear end of the first main duct is tangent to the lower edge of the first main duct. The main ducted fan and the auxiliary ducted fan are horizontally arranged in the aircraft body duct, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the main ducted fan and the auxiliary ducted fan are provided with grids matched with the aerodynamic shape of the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the structural layout of a traditional fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, the lifting body fuselage is adopted for providing aerodynamic lifting force, and the requirements for vertical take-off and landing, rapid cruise and large load are met in combination with the ducted fans.
