    本发明涉及应急逃生设备技术领域,具体涉及一种高铁列车用的紧急逃生设备及其使用方法,包括外壳,所述外壳的一侧卡接固定有卡壳,所述外壳内部的一端开设有安置腔二和安置腔三,且安置腔三位于安置腔二的下方,所述外壳的内部位置安置腔二的一侧开设有安置腔一,所述安置腔一的内壁固连有攀爬机构。本发明中,通过触发机构的设置,当车厢发生侧翻时,锤头在重力作用下克服弹簧一的扭力向下偏转与极板二接触,使得破窗机构自动触发,击碎对应车窗的同时将绳梯向下弹出,实现车厢侧翻后,自动击碎上方的窗口并弹出绳梯,无需乘客手动击碎车窗,同时便于乘客通过绳梯攀爬翻越上侧车窗,使得乘客借助该设备得以快速从车厢撤出,并远离车厢。
