The heat exchanger comprises a low-temperature radiator core body and an air-cooled oil cooler core body, the low-temperature radiator core body and the air-cooled oil cooler core body are of an integrated heat exchange structure and are fixed to a radiator, a collecting pipe is arranged on the side edge portion of the integrated heat exchange structure, and the collecting pipe is connected with the low-temperature radiator core body and the air-cooled oil cooler core body. The collecting pipe is of a segmented structure, one section of the collecting pipe is connected with the low-temperature radiator core, the other section of the collecting pipe is connected with the air-cooled oil cooler core, and the two sections of the collecting pipe are isolated through an isolation cavity. Within the boundary range of an original front-end cooling module, the air-cooled oil cooler and the low-temperature radiator are thinned, integrated and assembled on the radiator to form a new front-end cooling module, and the front-end cooling module is compact in structure, small in occupied space and convenient to arrange and install; and the risk of deformation and failure of the core body and the collecting pipe caused by large water pressure and oil pressure difference can be effectively reduced, and stability and reliability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车集成式换热器及具有其的汽车,其换热器包括低温散热器芯体和风冷油冷器芯体,所述低温散热器芯体和风冷油冷器芯体为集成一体换热结构并固定在散热器上,一体换热结构的侧边部设有集流管,所述集流管为分段结构,集流管的一段与低温散热器芯体相连,集流管的另一段与风冷油冷器芯体相连,集流管中在两段之间通过隔离腔室隔离。在原前端冷却模块的边界范围内,将风冷油冷器与低温散热器减薄、集物理成、装配到散热器上,形成新的前端冷却模块,结构紧凑,占用空间小,便于布置和安装;并且可有效减少因水压及油压差异较大引起芯体及集流管变形失效的风险,稳定可靠。
