The invention relates to a redundant hydraulic emergency control system of a controllable-pitch propeller device, which is characterized in that a redundant hydraulic emergency device of the controllable-pitch propeller device is arranged in an upper cabin of a ship, and the redundant hydraulic emergency device of the controllable-pitch propeller device is connected in parallel with an original hydraulic system for controlling a controllable-pitch propeller; and the distance adjustment of the controllable-pitch propeller can be controlled emergently after water enters a cabin where an original hydraulic system for controlling the controllable-pitch propeller is located. The redundant hydraulic emergency device for the controllable-pitch propeller device has independence, is independently mounted in an upper-layer cabin and is not influenced by an original hydraulic system for controlling the controllable-pitch propeller, and when the redundant hydraulic emergency device for the controllable-pitch propeller device breaks down, the redundant hydraulic emergency device for the controllable-pitch propeller can be used for emergently controlling the controllable-pitch propeller to adjust the pitch; redundancy is achieved, an electric control method and a manual control method are provided, and emergency operation of the system is further ensured.

    本发明涉及一种调距桨装置冗余液压应急控制系统,在船舶上层舱室布置一调距桨装置冗余液压应急装置,且该调距桨装置冗余液压应急装置与原有控制调距桨的液压系统并联连接,实现在原有控制调距桨的液压系统所在舱室进水后能应急控制调距桨的调距。本发明具有独立性,调距桨装置冗余液压应急装置独立安装于上层舱室,不受原有控制调距桨的液压系统影响,在其故障时,使用液压调距桨冗余液压应急装置可以应急控制调距桨调距;具有冗余性,拥有电控和手动控制两种控制方法,进一步确保系统可应急运行。
