A piston is fixedly connected to the end, away from the threaded column, of the cylindrical hollow column, and a rectangular hollow column is slidably connected to the exterior of the piston. By starting an electric telescopic rod and a motor, water in a to-be-detected water area is sucked into a second circular hollow column, and after impurities such as floccules in the water are filtered, the water quality is detected by utilizing a probe, so that the impurities on the water surface do not influence a detection result, and the influence is reduced; the water which is sucked into the second circular hollow column later can dilute the water which is previously adhered to the probe, the function of automatically cleaning the probe can be completed by rotating the motor forwards and backwards for several times, and meanwhile, the equipment can be controlled to detect the water quality at a long distance.
