The technical problems that existing V2X equipment needs to cooperate with municipal administration and is additionally installed on traffic light infrastructures, so that the actual deployment cost is high, and the period is long are solved. The method skips a target detection step, reduces the complexity of an image recognition algorithm, is low in hardware requirement, and reduces the research and development and production cost.
