The invention relates to an instrument panel cross beam and a vehicle, the instrument panel cross beam comprises a cross beam body used for installing an instrument panel, and the cross beam body is formed through plastic injection molding; the two mounting plates are clamped to the two ends of the beam body in the lengthwise extending direction respectively, and each mounting plate is provided with a fixing part used for being connected with a front wall assembly. Due to the fact that all parts of the cross beam body are made of plastic materials in an injection molding mode, compared with a traditional instrument board cross beam formed by welding steel or aluminum materials, the instrument board cross beam has the advantages of being high in precision, light in weight and the like. Furthermore, as the cross beam body made of plastic cannot be provided with the threaded hole, the cross beam body is inconvenient to mount on the front wall assembly, but the mounting plate with the fixing part is clamped on the cross beam body, and then the front wall assembly is connected with the mounting plate, so that the cross beam body can be conveniently mounted on the front wall assembly. In this way, the problem that the cross beam body is inconvenient to install due to the fact that threaded holes cannot be formed can be avoided.

    本发明涉及一种仪表板横梁和车辆,所述仪表板横梁包括:横梁本体,用于安装仪表板,所述横梁本体通过塑料注塑成型;两个安装板,分别卡接于所述横梁本体在纵长延伸方向的两端,每一所述安装板上具有用于与前围总成连接的固定部。由于横梁本体的所有零部件均采用塑料材质注塑而成,较传统的采用钢材或者铝材焊接而成的仪表板横梁,上述仪表板横梁具有精度高,重量轻等特点。进一步地,由于塑料制成的横梁本体无法开设螺纹孔,导致横梁本体不便于安装在前围总成上,而通过将具有固定部的安装板卡接在横梁本体上,再将前围总成与安装板相互连接,如此便可以避免因无法开设螺纹孔导致横梁本体不便于安装的问题。
