The invention discloses an offshore wind energy, wave energy and tidal energy multi-energy hybrid power generation platform. The platform comprises a vertical axis fan device for generating power by adopting wind energy and outputting electric energy; the vertical shaft water turbine device is used for generating power by adopting tidal energy and outputting electric energy; the wave energy power generation device is used for generating power by adopting wave energy and outputting electric energy; the electrical control device is used for receiving the electric energy sent by the vertical shaft fan device, the electric energy sent by the vertical shaft water turbine device and the electric energy sent by the wave energy power generation device, converting and storing the electric energy and outputting the electric energy according to the size of the load; the platform deck is used for placing an electrical control device; the carrier foundation is arranged below the platform deck and is used for supporting the platform deck; a wind wave and flow combined power generation platform achieves all-weather and all-season power generation in various environments through a multi-ocean-energy cooperative power generation mode, has good output stability and environmental adaptability, and can directly supply electric energy to other ocean operation platforms large in power consumption on the sea.

    本发明一种海上风能、波浪能、潮汐能多能混合发电平台,包括:采用风能进行发电,输出电能的垂直轴风机装置;采用潮汐能进行发电,输出电能的竖轴水轮机装置;采用波浪能进行发电,输出电能的波浪能发电装置;用于接收垂直轴风机装置发送的电能、竖轴水轮机装置发送的电能、波浪能发电装置发送的电能,对电能进行变换及存储并按照负载的大小进行电能输出的的电气控制装置;用于放置电气控制装置的平台甲板上;设置在平台甲板下方,用于支撑平台甲板的载体基础;一种风浪流联合发电平台,通过多海洋能协同发电形式,实现在多种环境下全天候、全季节发电,具有良好的输出稳定性和环境适应性,可在海上直接给其他用电量大的海洋作业平台供给电能。
