An automobile drive-by-wire electronic hydraulic braking system comprises a hydraulic pump assembly of a high-pressure energy accumulator, a hydraulic control unit, an electronic control unit and an ABS/ESC unit. The hydraulic control unit comprises a sensor group, a liquid storage tank, a main cylinder, a pedal simulator, a normally closed electromagnetic valve group and a normally open electromagnetic valve group; the sensor group is in signal connection with the electronic control unit and comprises a high-pressure energy accumulator pressure sensor and a displacement sensor; the normally-closed solenoid valve group comprises a first-path pressurizing normally-closed solenoid valve, a second-path pressurizing normally-closed solenoid valve, a first-path pressure-reducing normally-closed solenoid valve, a second-path pressure-reducing normally-closed solenoid valve and a second-stage normally-closed solenoid valve; and the normally open solenoid valve group comprises a first normally open solenoid valve and a second normally open solenoid valve which are arranged between the main cylinder and the ABS/ESC unit. Therefore, the automobile drive-by-wire electronic hydraulic braking system can replace a traditional vacuum booster braking system, and the conventional braking function and the active braking function are achieved.
一种汽车线控电子液压制动系统包括高压蓄能器的液压泵总成、液压控制单元、电子控制单元及ABS/ESC单元;所述液压控制单元包括传感器组、储液罐、主缸、踏板模拟器、常闭电磁阀组、常开电磁阀组;所述传感器组与所述电子控制单元信号连接,并包括高压蓄能器压力传感器及位移传感器;所述常闭电磁阀组包括第一路增压常闭电磁阀、第二路增压常闭电磁阀、第一路减压常闭电磁阀、第二路减压常闭电磁阀,及二级常闭电磁阀;所述常开电磁阀组包括设置在所述主缸与所述ABS/ESC单元之间的第一常开电磁阀及第二常开电磁阀。借此,所述汽车线控电子液压制动系统可以替代传统的真空助力器制动系统,实现常规制动功能及实现主动制动功能。
