The balance mechanism comprises six balance mechanical arms; the rotating mechanism is arranged on the lower connecting plate; the hoisting distance adjusting mechanism comprises a second mounting frame, a cross rod, a sliding sleeve and a second hydraulic cylinder; the number of the electric take-up rollers is two, and the two electric take-up rollers are installed at the lower ends of the two sliding sleeves correspondingly. By arranging the lifting distance adjusting mechanism, the distance between the lifting appliances can be adjusted, and the service life of the steel cable is prolonged.
