The invention relates to an anti-burnout braking resistance tape method. The anti-burnout braking resistance tape method is characterized in that a resistance tape, a leading-out wire and a riveting fastener are included; one section of the leading-out wire is overlapped with the equal-length section of the resistance tape and is firmly connected with the resistance tape through a riveting fastener, and the resistance tape and the leading-out wire are welded at the connecting end surface in the overlapping area; the riveting area accounts for at least 1/5-1/3 of the area of the overlapping area, and the outgoing line and the resistance tape of the overlapping area are riveted and then welded, so that on one hand, compared with a connection mode only adopting welding, the contact is tighter, and the contact resistance is reduced; 2, the strength of the joint is increased, the possibility of deformation and burning of the resistance tape and the outgoing line during high-temperature heating can be effectively reduced, the possibility of short circuit of a resistance loop and burning loss of the resistance tape in lap joint caused by cracking and falling of the resistance tape and the outgoing line in a locomotive vibration environment is reduced, and the service life is prolonged; and thirdly, the resistance tape and the lead-out wire are riveted before being welded, so that the resistance tape and the lead-out wire can be conveniently aligned, the welding precision is improved, and the welding difficulty is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种防烧毁的制动电阻带方法,其特征是:包括了电阻带、引出线和铆接紧固件;引出线的一段与电阻带上等长的一段重叠,通过铆接紧固件牢靠连接,并在重叠区将电阻带和引出线于连接端面处焊接;铆接区占重叠区的面积至少在1/5至1/3之间,将重叠区的引出线和电阻带进行铆接后再焊接,一方面相较于仅采用焊接的连接方式,接触更为紧密,降低了接触电阻;二是增加了连接处的强度,能有效降低电阻带与引出线在高温发热时变形烧毁的可能性,降低电阻带与引出线在机车振动环境下开裂脱落导致电阻回路短路、电阻带搭接烧损的可能性,延长了使用寿命;三是电阻带与引出线焊接前铆接,便于对齐电阻带与引出线,提高焊接精度,降低焊接难度。
