The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of gearboxes, in particular to an E-AMT gearbox driving method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle. An air compressor of an air conditioning system is in transmission connection with an engine power shaft. The driving method comprises the steps that when a starting signal of a vehicle air conditioner is detected, the E-AMT gearbox is driven by the air compressor in response to the starting signal; acquiring a current driving mode of the vehicle; when it is detected that the vehicle is in the engine driving mode, an engine body is controlled to drive an engine power shaft to rotate, so that the engine body provides power for a compressor of the air conditioner; when it is detected that the vehicle is in the motor driving mode, the motor body is controlled to drive the engine power shaft to rotate so that the engine body can provide power for the compressor of the air conditioner, no matter which driving mode the vehicle is in, the air compressor of the air conditioner can be driven to work, and a motor used for driving the air compressor does not need to be independently arranged; and the arrangement difficulty and the structure cost are reduced.
