The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle flying platform and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle flying platform comprises a plurality of cross beams, a plurality of longitudinal beams, connecting pieces, a plurality of rotor wings, a stress monitoring unit and a control unit. The cross beams and the longitudinal beams are perpendicular to each other and form a latticed structure, and the latticed structure is non-holosymmetric. The cross beams and the longitudinal beams at the intersection points are connected through the connecting pieces. And the plurality of rotor wings are distributed on the latticed structure. The stress monitoring units are arranged at part of the cross points and used for monitoring stress data of the cross beams and the longitudinal beams at the cross points in real time. The control unit is used for calculating the stress control quantity of the rotor wing associated with the cross point and one or more of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam at the cross point according to the stress data; a thrust control amount for each rotor is calculated from the stress control amount and the flight control amount. The platform improves stress distribution of the machine body, and is light in weight and large in load.
