The invention discloses a construction platform integrated with a self-standing tower crane and a construction method of the construction platform. The construction platform integrated with the self-standing tower cranes comprises the self-standing tower cranes, a steel platform system and a supporting and climbing system, the multiple self-standing tower cranes are fixedly installed on the ground, and each self-standing tower crane comprises a plurality of tower crane standard knots located on the lower portion, a tower head and a knot adding sleeve frame arranged outside the tower crane standard knots in a sleeving mode; the steel platform system comprises a steel truss, a hanging frame and a formwork, the hanging frame and the formwork are hung below the steel truss, the side face of the steel truss is connected with a tower crane standard knot through the supporting and climbing system to achieve climbing and descending of the tower crane standard knot, and the supporting and climbing system is of a gear and rack transmission structure or a hydraulic jacking structure. According to the construction platform integrated with the self-standing tower crane, the construction platform can climb along the self-standing tower crane, the construction platform is not connected with a building wall, the influence of a building structure on the construction platform is reduced, and mounting and dismounting operation of a supporting system on the building wall is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种集成有自立式塔机的施工平台及其施工方法。本集成有自立式塔机的施工平台包括自立式塔机、钢平台系统以及支撑与爬升系统,自立式塔机设置有多台且固定安装在地面上,自立式塔机包括位于下方的多个塔机标准节、塔头以及套于塔机标准节外的加节套架;钢平台系统包括钢桁架、吊设于钢桁架下方的挂架和模板,钢桁架的侧面通过支撑与爬升系统与塔机标准节连接以实现其爬升和下降,支撑与爬升系统采用齿轮齿条传动结构或液压顶升结构。本发明提出的集成有自立式塔机的施工平台,可以使施工平台沿着自立式塔机爬升,施工平台不与建筑墙体连接,减少建筑结构自身对施工平台的影响,避免了支撑系统在建筑墙体上的安装拆除作业。
