A battery bin is detachably connected to an electric appliance bin, and a plurality of vehicle arm power assemblies and foot stool assemblies are detachably and electrically connected to the electric appliance bin; a core fault setting card module assembly is arranged in the electric appliance bin in a pluggable mode, an electronic speed controller fault setting card is arranged in each vehicle arm power assembly in a pluggable mode, and by means of a modular decomposition mode, the functions of decomposition, assembly, measurement, debugging, module replacement and the like can be well achieved for the unmanned aerial vehicle installation, adjustment and maintenance teaching competition system. The core fault setting card module assembly can simulate various communication signal faults and control signal faults during operation of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the electronic speed controller fault setting card can simulate the fault state of an electronic speed controller control signal of a single vehicle arm power assembly. Specific fault types can be manually set through the core fault setting card module assembly and the electronic speed controller fault setting card, so that various fault problems occurring in an actual scene can be reproduced during teaching.

    本发明涉及一种无人机装调检修教学比赛系统,电池仓可拆卸连接于电器仓上,多个机臂动力组件和脚架组件可拆卸电连接于电器仓上;电器仓内可插拔设置有核心故障设置卡模组总成,每个机臂动力组件内均可插拔设置有电调故障设置卡,模块化分解的方式,能够很好的对无人机装调检修教学比赛系统进行分解、组装、测量、调试以及模块更换等功能;核心故障设置卡模组总成可模拟出无人机运行时的各路通讯信号故障、控制信号故障,电调故障设置卡可模拟出单个机臂动力组件的电调控制信号的故障状态,通过核心故障设置卡模组总成和电调故障设置卡可人工设置特定的故障类型,供教学时再现实际场景出现的各种故障问题。
