The invention discloses an integrated casting automobile steering column support which comprises a steering column support body and a mounting point, and the steering column support body is of an integrated die-casting forming structure; the installation points comprise a brake pedal installation point, a first steering engine installation point, a second steering engine installation point, a third steering engine installation point, a fourth steering engine installation point, a first steering system installation point, a second steering system installation point, a first steering column installation point and a second steering column installation point. The integrally cast automobile steering column bracket adopts an integrally die-cast structure, so that the safety coefficient is improved, welding points are reduced, and the structural strength and the stability are greatly improved; integrated die-casting is based on high-pressure die-casting, extra connection is not needed in produced parts, the working procedures are greatly reduced, and in addition, the utilization rate of die-casting waste materials reaches up to 90% and is far higher than that of stamping amp; 60%-70% of a steel vehicle body is welded; meanwhile, the high-pressure die-casting efficiency is high, the wall thickness of a machined part is small, and the technology is an efficient machining technology suitable for aluminum alloy.

    本发明公开了一种一体式铸造汽车转向柱支架,包括转向柱支架本体以及安装点,所述转向柱支架本体设置为一体化压铸成型结构;所述安装点包括制动踏板安装点、转向机安装点一、转向机安装点二、转向机安装点三、转向机安装点四、转向系统安装点一、转向系统安装点二、转向柱安装点一、转向柱安装点二。该一体式铸造汽车转向柱支架采用一体化压铸成型的结构,提高了安全系数,减少了焊接点,结构强度和稳定性都将大大增加;并且一体化压铸以高压压铸为基础,生产的部件内部不需要额外连接,工序大幅减少,此外,压铸废品材料利用率高达90%,远高于冲压&焊接钢制车身时60%‑70%;同时高压压铸效率高、加工零件壁厚小,是适用于铝合金的高效加工工艺。
