The invention provides a vehicle fuel cell power system water management fault diagnosis method, which belongs to the technical field of fuel cell automobiles, and comprises the following steps: screening a data sample set in a normal operation state from historical operation data of a system, and selecting operation parameters to form a training data set; carrying out outlier processing, noise processing and data standardization on the training data set in sequence, and respectively selecting parameters as input and expected output of an FNN voltage model and an RNN anode voltage drop model for training; and constructing a water management fault classifier based on the residual error of the data driving model output and the actual output in the system operation process, thereby completing the water management fault diagnosis. According to the method, the historical operation data of the system is used for training the data driving model, facing water management fault diagnosis, of the power system, the modeling difficulty is greatly reduced, the accuracy and universality of the model are improved, water management fault classification logic is constructed based on experience knowledge, and rapid diagnosis of normal operation, water flooding faults and dry faults is achieved.

    本发明提供一种车用燃料电池动力系统水管理故障诊断方法,属于燃料电池汽车技术领域,先在系统历史运行数据中筛选正常运行状态的数据样本集,挑选运行参数形成训练数据集;先后对训练数据集进行离群值处理、噪声处理和数据标准化,分别挑选参数作为FNN电压模型以及RNN阳极压降模型的输入和期望输出进行训练;基于二者构成数据驱动模型输出与系统运行过程实际输出的残差,构建水管理故障分类器,进而完成水管理故障诊断。本发明利用系统历史运行数据训练动力系统面向水管理故障诊断的数据驱动模型,极大降低建模难度,提高模型准确性和通用性,并基于经验知识构建水管理故障分类逻辑,实现对正常运行、水淹故障、干燥故障的快速诊断。
