The invention relates to a braking rotating speed control system of a brushless direct current motor and a low-speed electric vehicle. According to the system, the braking control duty ratio is adjusted through the real-time rotating speed and the preset rotating speed of a motor, a PWM modulation module carries out PWM modulation on a three-phase bridge type circuit according to the braking control duty ratio, and therefore the real-time rotating speed or the real-time acceleration of the motor in the braking process of the brushless direct current motor is controlled, and motor energy in the braking process is fed back to a storage battery; the system also performs protection control on the direct current voltage and the direct current charging current of the storage battery in the braking process, inhibits overshoot of the voltage and the current, and has overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and alarm functions. According to the method, the braking driving experience and the endurance mileage of the low-speed electric vehicle are improved while the high braking response speed is guaranteed; the safety of a driver and a low-speed electric vehicle can be effectively protected.

    本发明涉及一种无刷直流电机的制动转速控制系统及低速电动车。该系统通过电机实时转速和预设转速调节制动控制占空比,PWM调制模块根据该制动控制占空比对三相桥式电路进行PWM调制,从而对无刷直流电机制动过程中的电机实时转速或实时加速度进行控制,并将制动过程中的电机能量回馈给蓄电池;该系统还对制动过程中的直流电压和蓄电池的直流充电电流进行保护控制,抑制了该电压和该电流的过冲,并具有过压保护和过流保护及其告警功能。本发明在保证较快制动响应速度的同时,提高了制动驾驶体验和低速电动车的续航里程;能有效保护驾驶员和低速电动车的安全。
