The invention relates to a household elevator traction device which comprises a rack, a motor, a driving control unit, a traction wheel, an encoder, a brake and an energy storage unit, the motor is arranged on one side of the rack, the brake is arranged on the other side of the rack, the motor is connected with the brake through a driving shaft of the motor, and the encoder is connected with the brake and the driving shaft of the motor. The traction wheel and a driving shaft of the motor are designed into a whole; the drive control unit is connected to the motor, and the drive control unit is connected with the motor, the encoder and the brake and used for controlling work of all the components. The energy storage unit is connected with the driving control unit and is used for storing electric energy and supplying power to the driving control unit; the motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor; a plurality of traction wheels are arranged, and a gap is kept between every two adjacent traction wheels. According to the household elevator traction device, the driving control unit is connected to the motor, the voltage drop can be reduced, and the influence of the voltage drop on the motor is avoided; meanwhile, the traction wheels are separated, and guide rails are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种家用电梯曳引装置,其包括机架、电机、驱动控制单元、曳引轮、编码器、制动器以及储能单元,电机设在机架一侧,制动器设在机架另一侧,电机与制动器通过电机的驱动轴连接,编码器与制动器、电机的驱动轴连接,曳引轮和电机的驱动轴设计为一体;驱动控制单元连接在电机上,驱动控制单元与电机、编码器、制动器均连接用于控制各部件的工作;储能单元与驱动控制单元连接,储能单元用于存储电能、用于向驱动控制单元供电;电机为永磁同步电机;曳引轮设置多个,相邻两个曳引轮之间保持间隙。本发明提供的家用电梯曳引装置,驱动控制单元连接在电机上,可降低电压的压降,避免压降对电机的影响;同时曳引轮分隔设计,避开导轨。
