The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of peripheral areas in a vehicle driving process; under the condition that a corresponding obstacle exists in the front area in the multiple peripheral areas and the vehicle cannot avoid the obstacle corresponding to the first area in the front area, the lane changing duration needed by the vehicle for avoiding the corresponding obstacle to achieve lane changing and the collision duration needed by collision between the vehicle and the corresponding obstacle are obtained; under the condition that the lane changing duration is smaller than the collision duration, protection levels of corresponding obstacles in the multiple peripheral areas are obtained; determining a target driving area of the vehicle from the plurality of surrounding areas based on the protection level; and controlling the vehicle to run to the target driving area. According to the method and the device, the technical problems of low driving safety and high accident hazard degree caused by imperfect emergency steering control strategy of an auxiliary driving technology in related technologies are solved.
本发明公开了一种车辆的控制方法、装置及非易失性存储介质。其中,该方法包括:确定车辆行驶过程中的多个周边区域;在多个周边区域中的前方区域存在对应障碍物,并且车辆无法躲避前方区域中第一区域对应的障碍物的情况下,获取车辆为躲避对应障碍物实现变道所需要的变道时长,以及车辆与对应障碍物发生碰撞所需要的碰撞时长;在变道时长小于碰撞时长的情况下,分别获取多个周边区域内对应障碍物的防护等级;基于防护等级,从多个周边区域中确定车辆的目标行驶区域;控制车辆行驶至目标行驶区域。本发明解决了由于相关技术中的辅助驾驶技术对于紧急转向的控制策略不完善,造成的驾驶安全性低、事故危害程度大的技术问题。
