The invention discloses an aircraft fuselage detection robot which structurally comprises a button, a driver, a data table, a sleeve, a retracting claw and an ejector pin, the button is matched with the data table through the driver in an electrical connection mode, the sleeve is connected to the lower portion of the data table, the ejector pin is movably clamped in the sleeve, the retracting claw is arranged outside the ejector pin, and the ejector pin is connected with the driver. The retracting claw comprises a spacer bush, a rotating shaft, a sliding rail, a power assisting body and a coating plate, the spacer bush is connected between the sliding rail and the coating plate and is in sliding fit with the power assisting body through the rotating shaft, the coating plate is connected to the sleeve, a guiding device and a pushing and buffering structure are arranged on the power assisting body, and the guiding device and the pushing and buffering structure are matched on the fixed clamp; when the coating plate continuously rubs to move towards the opposite seam of the skin, the fixing clamp can be extruded to be opened upwards, a guiding device slowly enters and guides the fixing clamp to be reversed under the coating plate and attached to the surface of a nail head by means of control of a pushing and buffering structure, and accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种飞机机身检测机器人,其结构包括按钮、驱动器、数据表、套筒、收爪、顶针,按钮通过驱动器与数据表之间采用电性连接的方式相配合,数据表下连接有套筒,套筒内活动卡合有顶针和,顶针外设有收爪,收爪包括隔套、转轴、滑轨、助力体、涂层板,隔套连接在滑轨和涂层板之间,且通过转轴滑动配合有助力体,涂层板连接在套筒上,在助力体上设有指引装置和推缓结构,利用指引装置和推缓结构在定卡上相配合,当涂层板不断摩擦着朝蒙皮对缝移动时,将会挤压定卡向上打开,为指引装置借助推缓结构的把控,缓慢进入和指引定卡在涂层板下换向,贴合钉头表面,避免意外发生。
