The automatic lifting appliance detection system comprises a lifting appliance connected to a travelling crane and a detection system arranged on the lifting appliance, the lifting appliance comprises a lifting frame connected to the travelling crane and gripper arms oppositely arranged on the two sides of the lifting frame, and each gripper arm comprises a lifting arm connected to the lifting frame in a sliding mode and gripper feet vertically connected to the lifting arm; the tail end of the clamp foot protrudes inwards to form a claw part, the top end of the claw part is provided with a bread block corresponding to an inner hole of a steel coil, the detection system comprises a signal acquisition unit, a processing unit and an execution unit, and the signal acquisition unit and the execution unit are connected to the processing unit. And the processing unit is connected to a control system of the travelling crane through the wireless signal unit. The unmanned lifting appliance is simple in structure, the position relation between the lifting appliance and a steel coil is detected in real time through the signal collecting unit, the situation that the steel coil is damaged in the grabbing process of the lifting appliance is avoided, meanwhile, linkage with a traveling crane is achieved through the wireless signal unit, and the using safety of the unmanned lifting appliance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能车间的自动化吊具检测系统,包括连接于行车的吊具和设置于吊具的检测系统,所述吊具包括连接于行车的吊架和相对设置于吊架两侧的钳爪,所述钳爪包括滑动连接于吊架的吊臂和分别垂直连接于吊臂的钳脚,所述钳脚的末端向内凸伸有爪部,所述爪部的顶端设置有与钢卷内孔对应的面包块,所述检测系统包括信号采集单元、处理单元和执行单元,其中信号采集单元和执行单元连接于所述处理单元,所述处理单元通过无线信号单元连接于行车的控制系统。本发明结构简单,无人化吊具通过信号采集单元,实时检测吊具和钢卷之间的位置关系,避免吊具抓取过程中损伤钢卷,同时,通过无线信号单元,实现与行车联动,提高无人化吊具使用的安全性。
