An anti-shake rod is installed on the outer side of the guide sliding block and located on the lower surface of the guide rail, a limiting groove is formed in the inner side wall of the walking guide block, an arc guide block is installed on the outer surface of the thread guide block and located in the limiting groove, and a driving motor is installed at the lower end of the lifting lead screw and located on the inner side of the supporting stand column. The driving motor is driven to work, the rotating lifting screw rod and the threaded guide block are meshed, so that the threaded guide block integrally ascends or descends upwards on the outer side of the lifting screw rod, and the anti-shaking rod is in contact with the connecting whole for lifting; and vibration of a lifted object caused by violent shaking generated in the driving process of the ship body can be avoided.
