The invention discloses a heat dissipation assembly, a battery module and a new energy electric automobile, and belongs to the technical field of automobile parts. The heat dissipation assembly comprises a first side plate, a second side plate and a plurality of liquid cooling heat dissipation plates. The first side plate and the second side plate are oppositely arranged, and a gap is formed between the first side plate and the second side plate; the liquid cooling heat dissipation plates are located between the first side plate and the second side plate, distributed in the first length direction of the first side plate at intervals and connected with the first side plate and the second side plate, the surface of each liquid cooling heat dissipation plate is perpendicular to the first length direction, a first interval space is formed between every two adjacent liquid cooling heat dissipation plates, and a second interval space is formed between every two adjacent liquid cooling heat dissipation plates. The first interval space is used for placing a battery cell, and the surface of the liquid cooling heat dissipation plate is used for being attached to the surface of the battery cell. By adopting the scheme, for each battery cell in the battery module, the contact area between each battery cell and the heat dissipation assembly is increased, and the heat dissipation effect or the heating effect of the heat dissipation assembly on the battery module can be improved.
