The invention discloses an anti-swing control method for a crown block. The anti-swing control method comprises the following steps: 1, mounting: mounting position detection devices on a cart and a trolley, and mounting a swing angle detection device on a lifting hook or a lifting object; and 2, inputting parameters: inputting parameters of the cart and the trolley of the crown block. The traveling speed curves of the cart and the trolley are calculated according to the traveling parameters, the operation target parameters and the control parameters of the cart and the trolley of the crown block, so that the swing angle is small or no swing angle exists when acceleration and deceleration operation is finished; through closed-loop control of the swing angle of a lifting hook/a lifted object of the crown block, the closed-loop control of the swing angle is started when the locomotive enters a constant speed stage, so that the locomotive can maintain small-swing-angle or swing-angle-free operation; by means of crown block lifting hook/lifted object swing angle and displacement double-closed-loop control and starting at the parking stage after speed reduction of a locomotive, the locomotive can be stopped at a small swing angle or without the swing angle, accurate alignment can be guaranteed, swing prevention in the walking process and swing prevention in the parking process can be automatically kept, experience judgment of operators is not needed, and the method is more reliable.

    本发明公开了一种天车防摇摆控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一安装:在大车及小车上安装位置检测装置,在吊钩或吊物上安装摆角检测装置,步骤二参数输入:输入天车大车及小车参数。本发明根据天车大车及小车走行参数,运行目标参数,控制参数计算大车及小车走行速度曲线,使其在加、减速运行结束时摆角较小或无摆角;通过天车吊钩/吊物摆角闭环控制,机车进入匀速阶段时开启摆角闭环控制,使其能维持较小摆角或无摆角运行;通过天车吊钩/吊物摆角、位移双闭环控制,机车减速后停车阶段开启,使其能较小摆角或无摆角停车并能保证精准对位,可以自动保持走行过程中防摇摆以及停车过程中的防摇摆,无需依靠操作人员经验判断,也更加可靠。
