The rubber capsule cord fabric assembly is characterized in that the rubber capsule cord fabric assembly comprises rubber capsules connected with the outer windshield vehicle body frame and cord fabric connected between the two rubber capsules, the cord fabric is in an untightened loose state, the two rubber capsules are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, and the rigidity and the thickness of the rubber capsules are reduced towards one side of the cord fabric. The connecting requirements of different vehicle end distances are met, a connecting gap is prevented from being generated between the outer windshield vehicle body frame and the rubber capsule, the sealing effect of the outer windshield is improved, the length change requirement of the outer windshield when a high-speed motor train unit passes through a curve is met, the hole disengaging failure risk of the outer windshield is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the structural reliability is improved.
