The invention discloses a wheel set tread scratch real-time detection method and system based on a laser galvanometer, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a to-be-detected image, carrying out the tread scratch pre-positioning, and obtaining the tread defect region information; performing galvanometer laser scanning according to the tread defect area information to generate a laser line effect picture; and performing scratch defect detection on the laser effect picture according to the smoothness degree of the laser rays to obtain a detection result. The system comprises a scratch positioning module, a laser galvanometer detection module and an analysis module. By using the device and the method, the tread scratch defect of wheel pairs (including rail transit such as high-speed rails and subways) can be dynamically detected. The wheel set tread scratch real-time detection method and system based on the laser galvanometer can be widely applied to the field of image processing.

    本发明公开了一种基于激光振镜的轮对踏面擦伤实时检测方法及系统,该方法包括:获取待测图像并进行踏面擦伤预定位,得到踏面缺陷区域信息;根据踏面缺陷区域信息进行振镜激光扫描,生成激光线效果图;根据激光线的平顺程度对激光效果图进行擦伤缺陷检测,得到检测结果。该系统包括:擦伤定位模组、激光振镜检测模组和分析模块。通过使用本发明,能够动态检测轮对(包括高铁、地铁等轨道交通)踏面擦伤缺陷。本发明作为一种基于激光振镜的轮对踏面擦伤实时检测方法及系统,可广泛应用于图像处理领域。
