The invention provides a road network newly-added road section commuting traffic flow estimation method using mobile phone signaling data. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing road network vector data; extracting potential newly-added road sections according to the planned road network and the current road network data; estimating motor vehicle duty and housing commuting travel OD according to the mobile phone signaling data; mobile phone signaling data is summarized to travel OD origin and destination to be matched with road network nodes; simulating a balance state of flow distribution in the road network after a specific newly-added road section is added in the current road network; and counting the commuting traffic flow on the newly added road section. According to a topology rule, a broken road section is screened in a current road network, an SMHD distance is introduced, the current road network is matched with a planned road network, and a new road section candidate set is constructed. According to the method, mobile phone signaling data is used for analyzing residence and working place distribution, road nodes are used for constructing Thiessen polygons to gather working and residence passing OD, a traffic distribution algorithm is used for simulating working and residence commuting traffic flow, and the unblocked degree of a road section and the traffic flow change condition can be estimated.

    本发明提出一种利用手机信令数据的路网新增路段通勤车流预估方法,包括道路网络矢量数据的预处理;根据规划路网和现状路网数据提取潜在新增路段;根据手机信令数据估算机动车职住通勤出行OD;将手机信令数据汇总出行OD起讫点与路网节点匹配;模拟现状路网中添加特定新增路段后,路网中流量分配达到的平衡状态;统计新增路段上的通勤车流。本发明根据拓扑规则在现状路网中筛选断头路段,引入SM_HD距离,将现状路网与规划路网进行匹配,构建新增路段候选集。使用手机信令数据对居住地和工作地分布进行分析,采用道路节点构建泰森多边形汇总职住通行OD,使用交通分配算法模拟职住通勤交通车流,能够估算路段的畅通程度和车流变化情况。
