According to the cylindrical battery CTC grouping structure and the preparation method, the cylindrical batteries are inverted and are bonded with a vehicle chassis through the structural adhesive, and the elasticity of the structural adhesive can protect a busbar and a pole, so that the anti-pressure capability of the cylindrical batteries is improved; in addition, the structural adhesive can also play a role in insulation and air isolation, thereby preventing short circuit and corrosion. Thirdly, after the structure is adopted, the bottom surface of the cylindrical battery, the insulating layer and the cabin bottom cover can be in transition fit, and compared with the original loose fit, the space utilization rate in the height direction can be improved, and the energy density can be improved; fourthly, an embedded groove is formed in the vehicle chassis, original reinforcing ribs and grooves can be replaced, and the energy density is further improved; the busbar of which the two ends are C-shaped is arranged, so that the busbar can be conveniently welded with a cylindrical battery pole and a cover plate to realize quick series connection and prevent short circuit caused by mistaken contact; and the busbar further comprises a side connecting part, so that the parallel connection between the cylindrical batteries can be conveniently and quickly realized.

    本发明提出了一种圆柱电池CTC成组结构及制备方法,通过将圆柱电池倒置,并通过结构胶与车辆底盘粘接,结构胶本身的弹性就可以保护汇流排和极柱,提高其抗压能力;此外,结构胶还能起到绝缘和隔离空气的作用,防止短路和腐蚀;第三,采用以上结构后,圆柱电池底面、绝缘层和座舱底盖之间可以采用过度配合,相比于原先的松配合,可以提高高度方向的空间利用率,提高能量密度;第四,在车辆底盘上开设嵌入槽,可以代替原先的加强筋和槽,进一步提高能量密度;设置两端呈“C”形的汇流排,方便与圆柱电池极柱和盖板焊接以实现快速串联,并防止误接触短路;汇流排还包括侧连接部,便于快速实现圆柱电池之间的并联。
