The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane oxygen/life support system design, and relates to an airplane cockpit explosion decompression human body protection vest which comprises a vest face body, a pre-tightening air bag, an air generator, an exhaust valve and an electronic oxygen regulator. The pre-tightening air bag, the gas generator and the exhaust valve are arranged on the clothes surface main body, the electronic oxygen regulator is arranged on the ejection seat, and the pre-tightening air bag is arranged in the clothes surface main body; when the ejection seat explodes to reduce pressure, the electronic oxygen regulator senses pressure change and controls the gas generator to work, the gas engine inflates the pre-tightening air bag and the airfoil main body to expand, so that the upper body of a human body is pre-tightened, counterforce pressure is established on the body surface, excessive expansion of lung tissue is effectively reduced, and damage to the lung tissue is avoided; after 2 seconds, an exhaust signal is sent to the exhaust valve, the exhaust valve is opened, pressure in the pre-tightening air bag is relieved, pressure on the human body is removed, and work is simple and efficient.
