The invention relates to an in-situ hydraulic lifting method for a heavy crane beam, which comprises the following steps of: disconnecting a crane beam of a crane at a bracket position of an original crane beam, welding a new bracket above a preset position of a main steel column, and fixing a hydraulic synchronous lifter at the top of the new bracket; a steel strand is fixed at the top of the crane beam; the steel strand is connected with a hydraulic synchronous lifter; the hydraulic synchronous lifter is connected with a hydraulic synchronous control system; the hydraulic synchronous control system controls the hydraulic synchronous lifter to lift the crane beam by 50-100mm, and stays for 8-16 hours; after it is confirmed that the new bracket support does not deform, formal lifting operation is carried out; the crane beam is lifted to the designed position, after it is confirmed that the crane beam is lifted in place, the crane beam and the new bracket are welded in a butt-joint mode, and surrounding supports are welded; and the hydraulic synchronous lifter carries out graded unloading, the steel strand is dismantled, the anti-falling inhaul cable is installed, the lifting operation of the current crane beam is completed, and the next crane beam is lifted. According to the invention, the installation efficiency of large and heavy components is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the operation quality is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种重型吊车梁原位液压提升的方法,在原吊车梁牛腿位置将吊车的行车梁断开,在主钢柱预设位置上方焊接新牛腿,新牛腿顶部固定液压同步提升器;在行车梁的顶部固定钢绞线;将钢绞线与液压同步提升器连接;将液压同步提升器与液压同步控制系统连接;液压同步控制系统控制液压同步提升器将行车梁提升50‑100mm,停留8‑16小时;确认新牛腿支撑没有变形后,正式提升作业;将行车梁提升至设计位置,确认提升到位后,将行车梁与新牛腿对口焊接,并焊接周围支架;液压同步提升器分级卸载,拆除钢绞线,安装防坠拉索,完成当前行车梁提升作业,转入下一行车梁的提升。本发明提高了大型、重型构件安装效率,减少了劳动强度,保证了作业质量。
