According to the invention, the inner surface of the tunnel can be subjected to high-precision three-dimensional scanning by means of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle can accurately fly at a fixed height according to a planned path in a closed space without depending on a satellite navigation signal, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be parallel to other construction work in the tunnel without interrupting the other construction work.
