Comprising a height adjusting device, the tail end of the height adjusting device is an elastic multi-positioning structure connected with a columnar structure, and the far end of the height adjusting device is a rotary hinge pair; the horizontal rotation adjusting device is connected with a first-stage gear speed reducer, a second-stage gear speed reducer and a bevel gear direction adjusting device which are driven by a motor through a rotating shaft in interference fit with the first-stage gear speed reducer and the second-stage gear speed reducer. The whole device is installed on the supporting frame. The pitching adjusting device is the core invention point of the device, piezoelectric ceramic pieces are fixed to a support, deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces is controlled through recognition of a sensor, the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces is amplified through a lever mechanism to act on the two ends of the device, and pitching adjustment of the device is controlled. The right side of the supporting device is hinged to the height adjusting device, and the supporting device can rotate around a hinge and conduct supporting in the height direction through a sliding supporting rod. And the other hinged support is arranged on the left side of the support frame and is connected with a ball shaft capable of sliding in the horizontal direction so as to support the corresponding pitching adjusting device.

    本发明涉及一种车载摄像头调节装置,具体为一种车载双目摄像头在三维空间内随动的调节装置。包括高度调节装置,其尾端方向为弹性的多定位结构连接柱状结构,且远端为旋转的铰链副;水平旋转调节装置,其通过电机驱动的一级,二级齿轮减速装置,锥齿轮方向调节装置,以过盈配合的旋转轴连接。整个装置安装在支撑架上;俯仰调节装置,其为该发明的核心发明点,采用的是将压电陶瓷片固定在支架上,通过传感器的识别,控制压电陶瓷片的形变,将压电陶瓷的形变通过杠杆机构放大作用在装置的两端,控制其俯仰调节;支撑装置:其右侧铰接安装在高度调节装置上,可以绕铰链转动并通过滑动支撑杆进行高度方向的支撑。其左侧设置另一个铰接支撑,其连接一个可水平方向滑动的球轴,以给予其对应的俯仰调节装置以支撑。
