According to the railway vehicle applying the comprehensive heat energy management technology, when the transformer works, the oil temperature rises, hot oil in the transformer is pumped out through the pipeline and flows to the cooling unit and the heat exchanger, and the three-way valve is arranged in front of the cooling unit and the heat exchanger; the three-way valve guides part of the transformer oil to the heat exchanger, the other part of the transformer oil flows to the cooling unit to cool the transformer oil, the transformer oil serves as a heating medium in the heat exchanger to transfer heat to a refrigerant, the transformer oil is cooled and flows back to the transformer, the refrigerant in the heat exchanger heats fresh air after absorbing the heat, and therefore circulation of the heated fresh air is formed. According to the scheme, heat generated in the working process of the transformer of the motor train unit traction system is used for heating fresh air of the air conditioning system, the traction system and the air conditioning system are integrated into an effective heat energy management system, the heat transfer process of a train is controlled and optimized, waste heat emission is reduced, and the energy utilization efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供的一种应用综合热能管理技术的轨道车辆,变压器在工作时油温升高,通过管路把变压器中的热油抽出流向冷却单元和热交换器,在冷却单元和热交换器前设置三通阀,当空调机组内新风需要加热时,三通阀把部分变压器油导向热交换器,另一部分流向冷却单元,进行变压器油冷却,在热交换器中变压器油作为热媒把热量传递给冷媒,变压器油得到冷却并流回变压器,热交换器中的冷媒吸收热量后给新风加热,从而形成加热新风的循环。本案利用动车组牵引系统的变压器工作过程中所产生的热量给空调系统的新风进行加热,将牵引系统和空调系统集成一个有效的热能管理系统,控制和优化车辆的热量传递过程,降低废热排放,提高能源利用效率。
