The invention discloses a trundle with a high anti-seismic function for mechanical equipment and a mounting method thereof.The trundle comprises a mounting frame, positioning seats are fixedly connected to the two sides of an inner cavity of the mounting frame, inserting grooves are formed in inner cavities of the positioning seats, inserting seats are inserted into inner cavities of the inserting grooves, and positioning grooves are formed in the tops of the two sides of each inserting seat; and a bottom frame is mounted at the bottom of the insertion seat. According to the trundle with the high anti-seismic function for the mechanical equipment, a rotating shaft is driven to move through movement of the trundle body, a supporting plate is driven to move through movement of the rotating shaft, the supporting plate slides in a vertical groove, a sliding block is driven to slide in a sliding groove through movement of the supporting plate, and meanwhile a buffering rod is driven to move upwards through movement of the supporting plate; the sliding seat is driven to move through movement of the buffer rod, the buffer spring is compressed and deformed through movement of the sliding seat, the advantage of the anti-seismic function is achieved, and the problem that an existing trundle for the mechanical equipment does not have the anti-seismic function during use is solved.

    本发明公开了一种机械设备用具备高抗震功能的脚轮及其安装方法,包括安装架,所述安装架内腔的两侧均固定连接有定位座,所述定位座的内腔开设有插槽,所述插槽的内腔插接有插入座,所述插入座两侧的顶部均开设有定位槽,所述插入座的底部安装有底架。该机械设备用具备高抗震功能的脚轮,通过脚轮本体的移动带动转轴移动,通过转轴的移动带动支撑板移动,而支撑板在竖槽的内部滑动,通过支撑板的移动带动滑块在滑槽的内部滑动,同时支撑板的移动带动缓冲杆向上移动,通过缓冲杆的移动带动滑座移动,通过滑座的移动使缓冲弹簧压缩发生形变,达到了抗震功能的优点,解决了现有的机械设备用脚轮在使用时不具备抗震功能的问题。
