A cabin shell structure comprises a front end frame, a rear end frame, a skin and a plurality of separation cylinder barrels, a front bearing part and a rear bearing part are arranged on the opposite sides of the front end frame and the rear end frame respectively, the two sides of the skin are connected to the front bearing part and the rear bearing part respectively, and the separation cylinder barrels are arranged between the front end frame and the rear end frame in the circumferential direction. One end of the separation cylinder barrel is connected to the front end frame, and the other end is connected to the rear end frame. The side face of the separation cylinder barrel is provided with a supporting part connected to the inner side of the skin. According to the scheme, through the arrangement of the front bearing part and the rear bearing part, stable connection of the skin relative to the front end frame and the rear end frame is achieved, the overall structure is effectively simplified, and the machining cost is reduced; meanwhile, the separation cylinder barrel is directly connected between the front end frame and the rear end frame, and the side face of the separation cylinder barrel abuts against the inner side of the skin so that the skin can be supported. According to the cabin shell structure, the machining and forming efficiency of all the components is high, the manufacturability is good, and the machining cost is low.

    一种舱段壳体结构,包括前端框、后端框、蒙皮和若干分离缸筒,前端框和后端框的相对侧分别设有前承接部和后承接部,蒙皮的两侧分别连接至前承接部和后承接部,若干分离缸筒沿周向排布于前端框和后端框之间,分离缸筒的一端连接至前端框且另一端连接至后端框,分离缸筒的侧面设有连接至蒙皮的内侧的支撑部。上述方案通过前承接部和后承接部的设置,实现了蒙皮相对于前端框和后端框之间的稳定连接,有效简化了整体的结构并降低了加工成本;同时,通过将分离缸筒直接连接到前端框和后端框之间,并使得分离缸筒的侧面抵接至蒙皮的内侧以实现对蒙皮的支撑。上述方案的舱段壳体结构的各组成部分的加工成型效率高、工艺性好、加工成本低。
