The invention discloses a tire changing identification method based on machine learning and an automatic tire changing system, and relates to the field of tire identification, the method comprises the following steps: collecting a preprocessed test tire image as a training image, inputting the training image to a convolutional neural network model, and identifying a capture point and a mounting point of the training image; the convolutional neural network model is corrected and adjusted until the recognition error of the convolutional neural network model on the capture point and the installation point of the training image is lower than a preset threshold value; inputting the real-time acquired image information of the tire and the tire mounting position into the trained convolutional neural network model so as to identify and judge the grabbing point of the tire and the mounting point of the mounting position; and according to the grabbing points and the mounting points identified by the convolutional neural network model, executing grabbing and mounting actions on the tire. According to the method, the image recognition is adopted to assist the robot in tire grabbing, the training image is input into the image recognition system for training, so that the probability of robot grabbing errors is reduced, and the tire changing success rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器学习的换胎识别方法及自动换胎系统,涉及轮胎识别领域,该方法包括采集经过预处理的试验轮胎图像作为训练图像输入至卷积神经网络模型,对训练图像的抓取点和安装点进行识别;对卷积神经网络模型进行修正调整,直至卷积神经网络模型对训练图像的抓取点和安装点的识别误差低于预设阈值;将实时获取的轮胎和轮胎安装位置的图像信息输入至训练好的卷积神经网络模型,以对轮胎的抓取点以及安装位置的安装点识别判断;根据卷积神经网络模型识别出的抓取点和安装点对轮胎执行抓取安装动作。本发明中采用图像识别辅助机器人进行轮胎抓取,并且向图像识别系统输入训练图像进行训练以减少机器人抓取失误的概率,提高换胎成功率。
