According to the monitoring device for traffic information acquisition, the information acquisition circuit receives traffic information detected by the sensing equipment, and when gross error preliminary estimation is normal/abnormal, information output by the differential amplifier is sampled and held/sampled information in the last period replaces gross error to be transmitted backwards; the size of the signal amplified and conditioned by the data change rate negative feedback regulation amplification circuit is added to a photoelectric coupler U2 in the information weighting fusion circuit for conversion, then the size of the output voltage is regulated through the weight ratio, and specifically, the traffic information equipment fault or gross error estimation abnormity is detected in the weight ratio determination circuit. The method comprises the following steps of: eliminating abnormal data, only adding similar traffic information detected by another sensing device to an adder, and adding two paths of signals to the adder through a normal weighting ratio controlled by a photoelectric detector when the difference between the information subjected to abnormal rough error preliminary estimation and amplification conditioning and the information of the other sensing device in the same period is small, so as to avoid loss of a large amount of data caused by time delay; and after addition fusion calculation, outputting to a traffic command center.

    本发明交通信息采集用监测装置,信息获取电路接收一传感设备检测的交通信息,在粗差初步估计正常/异常时,差动放大器输出的信息经采样保持/上一周期采样信息替代粗差向后传输,经数据变动率负反馈的调节放大电路放大调理后信号的大小,加到信息加权融合电路中光电耦合器U2进行转换,再经权重比调节输出电压的大小,具体在权重比确定电路检测交通信息的设备故障或粗差估计异常,剔除异常数据、仅使另一传感设备检测的同类交通信息加到加法器,在粗差初步估计异常、放大调理后信息与同一时期另一传感设备信息差别小时,两路信号经正常的、光电检测器控制的加权比加到加法器,以避免时延造成漏失大量数据,加法融合计算后输出到交通指挥中心。
