本发明涉及汽车制造领域,特别是一种可变工位的汽车产线,由制造执行系统、车体识别系统、生产控制系统和生产监测系统构成,包含多个由制造执行系统动态规划的可变工位。制造执行系统动态规划工位的数量、位置和长度。车体识别系统识别待组装车辆的车辆信息,制造执行系统根据车辆信息,完成对工位的规划,并将车辆信息下发至生产控制系统,完成生产工序规划。生产监测系统采集数据实现闭环控制。本发明还包含利用上述可变工位的汽车产线进行汽车生产的方法。本发明能根据不同车辆信息,自动选择制造参数,方便快速的调整生产工序、工位顺序和数量,提高生产效率,同时能更加有效的利用产线的位置布置设备,实现更优化的产线规划。

    A variable-station vehicle production line and a vehicle production method using the variable-station vehicle production line. The vehicle production line is composed of a manufacturing execution system (100), an automatic vehicle identification system (200), a production control system (300) and a production monitoring system (400), wherein a plurality of variable stations that are dynamically planned by the manufacturing execution system (100) are included; the manufacturing execution system (100) dynamically plans the number, positions and lengths of stations; the automatic vehicle identification system (200) identifies vehicle information of a vehicle to be assembled, such that the manufacturing execution system (100) completes station planning according to the vehicle information, and issues the vehicle information to the production control system (300) so as to complete production process planning; and the production monitoring system (400) collects data so as to realize closed-loop control. According to different pieces of vehicle information, manufacturing parameters are automatically selected, and a production process, a station sequence and the number of stations are conveniently and rapidly adjusted, such that the production efficiency is improved; in addition, positions in a production line can be more effectively utilized to arrange devices, thereby optimizing production line planning.
