The invention provides a tramcar accelerator pedal signal filtering method, which comprises the following steps that: 1) a driver steps on an accelerator pedal, and a whole vehicle controller collects an original signal of the accelerator pedal; 2) identifying interference waves caused by seat vibration as sine waves, and identifying corresponding characteristics of the interference waves; 3) according to the waveform of the interference wave, generating a reverse waveform corresponding to the waveform of the interference wave; 4) summing the waveform of the reverse wave and the original signal, and neutralizing the interference waveform to obtain an accelerator pedal target signal; (5) the driver demand torque is calculated by combining the accelerator pedal target signal, the brake pedal signal and the third-party signal; (6) the driver demand torque instruction is sent to the corresponding controller, and the corresponding controller controls the corresponding unit to drive the vehicle; interference signals are filtered out from the original signals, the obtained target signals can truly reflect the requirements of a driver, and the required torque does not have fluctuating periodic changes any more.

    本发明提供一种矿车加速踏板信号滤波方法,包括以下步骤:1)驾驶员踩加速踏板,整车控制器采集加速踏板原始信号;2)将由座椅振动引发的干扰波认定为正弦波,识别出干扰波的对应特征;3)根据干扰波的波形,生成与之对应的反向波波形;4)将反向波波形与原始信号求和,中和掉干扰波形,获得加速踏板目标信号;5)结合加速踏板目标信号、制动踏板信号和第三方信号计算出驾驶员需求扭矩;6)将驾驶员需求扭矩指令发送给对应控制器,对应控制器控制对应单元驱动车辆;在原始信号中滤除了干扰信号,获得的目标信号可以真实反映驾驶员的需求,需求扭矩不会再出现忽高忽低的周期变化。
