The invention provides an emergency braking control method, device and system for a rail vehicle braking system. The method comprises the steps that a needed compressed air pressure value is adjusted according to obtained pressure and load signals; the adjusting method comprises an electronic adjusting method or a mechanical structure adjusting method. Performing multi-stage pressure regulation according to the pressure and the load signal to enable the output pressure to be consistent with the pressure required by the current speed interval; whether upstream and downstream compressed air is communicated or not is determined according to the obtained state of the train emergency loop; and if yes, multi-stage flow amplification is carried out according to the compressed air pressure value, and the proportion of output pressure is judged and controlled according to the obtained speed signal. The emergency braking pressure of the corresponding level can be output according to different running speeds of the high-speed motor train unit, the adhesion utilization rate of the motor train unit during high-speed running is optimized, and the emergency braking distance is guaranteed; the high emergency braking pressure in the medium-speed section is guaranteed, meanwhile, the emergency braking pressure in the low-speed section is reduced, and the risks of sliding and the like in the low-speed section are effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种轨道车辆制动系统紧急制动控制方法、装置及系统,方法包括:根据获取的压力与载重信号调整所需的压缩空气压力值;调整方法包括:电子调节法或机械结构调节法;根据压力与载重信号进行多级压力调节使得输出压力与当前速度区间所需的压力一致;根据获取的列车紧急环路的状态确定是否连通上下游压缩空气;如果是,根据压缩空气压力值进行多级流量放大并根据获取的速度信号判断并控制输出压力的比例。本申请能够根据高速动车组不同运行速度输出对应级别的紧急制动压力,优化了动车组高速运行时的黏着利用率,保证了紧急制动距离;保证中速区间高紧急制动压力的同时,降低了低速区间的紧急制动压力,有效降低低速区间发生滑行等风险。
