The invention provides a rudder angle feedback device and a full-revolving propeller, and belongs to the technical field of ships. The rudder angle feedback device comprises a carrier, a connecting shaft and a potentiometer, the connecting shaft is rotatably inserted into the carrier; the potentiometer comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring is rotatably inserted in the outer ring, the inner ring is sleeved outside the connecting shaft, and the outer ring is connected with the carrier. The cost of the rudder angle feedback device can be saved, the gear clearance is eliminated, and the feedback precision is improved.
