The invention relates to an arrangement structure of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) fuel filling piping system of a bulk carrier. The arrangement structure comprises a liquid-phase pipe and a gas-phase pipe, a top edge void cabin consisting of a local transverse cabin wall, a local longitudinal cabin wall and a local horizontal plate is arranged in the top edge liquid cabin below the main deck; a pipe system composed of the liquid phase pipe and the gas phase pipe is arranged in the top side void cabin, and supports of the pipe system are arranged in the top side void cabin; and the pipe system is used for communicating the LNG filling station with the fuel cabin. The independent void cabin is arranged in the top side cabin of the bulk cargo ship, the liquid phase pipe, the gas phase pipe system and the like are arranged in the void cabin, and personnel enter from the small cabin cover of the main deck for later maintenance. The liquid phase pipe, the gas phase pipe system and the like are all arranged below the main deck, the heat insulation layer wrapping the pipeline is not affected by the severe marine environment, and the probability that the pipeline is damaged due to accidental factors such as falling of foreign matter on the main deck is reduced.
本发明涉及一种散货船LNG燃料加注管系的布置结构,包括液相管和气相管;在主甲板下的顶边液舱内设置由局部横舱壁、局部纵舱壁及局部水平板构成的顶边空舱;液相管和气相管组成的管系布置在顶边空舱内,管系的支撑均设置在顶边空舱内;所述管系用于连通LNG加注站和燃料舱。本发明在散货船顶边舱内设置单独的空舱,将液相管及气相管系等布置在该空舱内,人员从主甲板的小舱盖进入以进行后期维护。液相管及气相管系等布置均设置在主甲板下,管道外包覆的隔热绝缘层不遭受恶劣的海上环境影响,降低了主甲板异物掉落等偶然因素导致管道破坏的概率。
