The invention discloses a waste heat recovery system pipeline design structure which comprises a main engine cylinder sleeve cooler and a cylinder sleeve circulating water pump. A heat recovery heat exchanger is provided with a hot water inlet, a hot water return port, a cold water inlet and a cold water return port. The waste heat utilization system comprises a water storage tank, a heating loop and a heat energy utilization loop, a water feeding pipe of the heating loop is connected with the water storage tank, the other end of the heating loop is connected with the cold water inlet, a water return pipe of the heating loop is connected with the cold water return port, and the other end of the heating loop is connected to the water storage tank; the heat energy utilization loop uses heated water in the water storage tank to circulate into the cabin to provide a heat source for the cabin. Water with large specific heat capacity is used as a medium, cooling water of a cylinder sleeve can be efficiently cooled, heat is transferred to the medium water in the heating loop, follow-up heat recycling is facilitated, heat energy utilization backflow adopts water subjected to temperature adjustment in the water storage tank, so that the temperature in the heat energy utilization loop is appropriate, and heat energy utilization efficiency is improved. The body feeling of a human body in the cabin is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种废热回收系统管路设计结构,包括主机缸套冷却器,缸套循环水泵,热量回收换热器具有热水进水口、热水回水口、冷水进水口、冷水回水口;余热利用系统,包括蓄水槽,加热回路,热能利用回路,加热回路的上水管与蓄水槽连接,另一端与冷水进水口相连接,加热回路的回水管与冷水回水口连接,另一端连接至蓄水槽;热能利用回路使用蓄水槽内加热的水循环至舱室内为舱室提供热源。使用比热容较大的水为介质能够对缸套冷却水进行高效的降温,并将热量传递给加热回路中的介质水中,便于后续对热量回收利用,本发明中的热能利用回流由于采用的是蓄水槽中经过调温的水,从而使热能利用回路中的温度较为适宜,有效提高舱室中人体的体感。
