A main cargo boom is fixedly connected to the second connecting block, a first pulley is arranged at the upper end of the main cargo boom, and a first winch is rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the first connecting block. When the arm frame rotates, the hydraulic cylinder is used for driving the arm frame to rotate, so that the arm frame is stable during rotation, the arm frame is dragged through the stabilizing rope, the arm frame is subjected to double-insurance stabilization, and when the arm frame is stressed greatly or swings greatly, the arm frame can be fixed through the hydraulic cylinder and the stabilizing rope; the safety accident of rollover of the cantilever crane due to large stress and serious swing is prevented, and the safety of the cantilever crane in use is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能履带起重机用高安全性臂架,包括回转台,所述回转台上固定连接有一对第一连接块,一对所述第一连接块固定连接于与回转台的两侧,所述第一连接块的内侧壁上转动连接有第二连接块,所述第二连接块上固定连接有主起重臂,所述主起重臂的上端设置有第一滑轮,所述第一连接块的内侧壁上转动连接有第一卷扬机。本发明通过在臂架转动时,利用液压缸带动臂架转动,使得臂架转动时稳定,通过稳定绳对臂架进行拖拽,对臂架进行双保险稳定,当臂架受力较大或遇到臂架摆动较大时,可以通过液压缸以及稳定绳对臂架进行固定,防止臂架由于受力大和摆动严重时发生侧翻安全事故,极大地提升了臂架使用时的安全性。
