The invention discloses a balance control method for an iron lithium battery pack. The balance control method comprises the following steps: judging a current working condition; marking an equalization mark bit according to the working condition, and if the charging is slow charging, marking according to the difference between the voltage of the single battery and the minimum voltage of each single battery; if the charging is fast charging, marking is not carried out; marking according to the lowest charge state of each single battery and the charge state difference between each single battery and the charge state of each single battery if the working condition is awakened by standing for 1 hour; if the battery is awakened after standing for 60 hours and the current is not greater than 2A, marking according to the lowest charge state of each single battery and the charge state difference between the battery and the single battery; and if the condition is a discharge condition and the current is not greater than 5A, marking according to the difference between the voltage of the single battery and the minimum voltage of each single battery: starting equalization when a starting condition is met, and quitting equalization when a quitting condition is met. According to the balance control method of the lithium iron battery pack, different balance strategies are adopted under different working conditions, the balance reliability is improved, the service life of the battery cell is prolonged, the cost is reduced, and the user satisfaction degree is improved.
本发明公开了一种铁锂电池包的均衡控制方法,包括:判断当前工况;根据工况标记均衡标记位,若为充电慢充则根据单体电池的电压与各单体电池最低电压的差标记;若为充电快充则不标记;若为静置1h唤醒工况则根据各单体电池最低荷电状态及其与单体电池荷电状态差标记;若为静置为60h唤醒且电流不大于2A则根据各单体电池的最低荷电状态及其与单体电池的荷电状态差标记;若为放电工况且电流不大于5A,则根据单体电池电压与各单体电池最低电压差标记:在满足开启条件时开启均衡,在满足退出条件时退出均衡。本发明的铁锂电池包的均衡控制方法,在不同工况下采用不同的均衡策略,提升均衡可靠性,延长电芯使用寿命,降低成本,提高用户满意度。
